ŌylbalancePH: dōTERRA Essential Oils

I was introduced to aromatherapy last month, and essential oils became a holy grail to me. It helps me sleep, makes me calm, etc. It became my go-to oils whenever I feel something and wants to elevate my mood. The smell is so pure and strong it uplifts your spirit instantly plus it absorbs quickly on the skin, so the oils don’t feel sticky or heavy.

I feel like a tita for liking essential oils. Haha. Below, you’re going to read the uses of essential oils and my experience with it.

I love lemons! That’s why after I read that it’s safe to use internally, I immediately tried the lemon essential oil to soothe my sore throat. USES:
  • Instead of reaching for artificially flavored gum or candy when you need to freshen your breath, look to Peppermint oil to do the job. Mix a drop of Peppermint oil with a drop of Lemon essential oil in water, take a sip, and swirl it around in your mouth for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse.
  • Try adding one to two drops of Peppermint essential oil to your favorite smoothie recipe for a burst of minty flavor.

These are my experience of the essential oils. I haven’t used it for cleaning because I want to save it for aromatically and topically. I’m still reading about the proper way to use the oils, and on my experience, I don’t have any negative thing to say about it.
I think Ms. Kathlyn Co just added four essential oils that come from rollers. They are called Tummy Tamer, Itch Stick, Allergy Bomb, and Sweet Dreams. I haven’t tried the tummy tamer, allergy bomb, and itch stick yet, but they will become handy soon.

I recommend this to all of you. I promise you won’t regret buying it.
You may contact Ms. Co for the price list here: Instagram & Facebook page.
Thank you so much for trusting me! :)
