April 27, 2015, we had a tour in Cagayan de Oro.
On our 1st day, our first stop was Seablings Seafood Restaurant where you can have the view of Macajalar Bay.
After that, we headed to Dahilayan Adventure Park
where you can experience Asia’s longest dual zip line.
They also have other activities that you can try. Our school availed the zip line package only. My friends and I didn’t try other activities because we do not want to spend our pocket money. (Kuripot)
We were immediately disappointed in our tour. First, we’re going to spend half of our day in that place waiting for the clock to strike 12 to have our lunch so we can go to the resort to rest. Second, we’re not going to do the water rafting. Good thing the park is so peaceful, and the food at the restaurant inside were good.
At Chali Beach Resort, where we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights you can have the view of the sea or a pool while having your breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Their food was good, and the staffs were kind and friendly. At night, we went swimming.
We also enjoyed our stay at the resort doing _kalokohan _in our room.
The next day, we went to Makahambus Cave,
City Museum of Cagayan de Oro, the church beside it,
Museum of Three Cultures, and Mapawa Nature Park.
On our last day, we forced our driver and tourist guide to make a stop at Starbucks.
We love the ambiance of the café. The design is different from what we have here. Then, we went to Limketkai Hotel and Limketkai Mall to pass the time and buy pasalubongs,
had our lunch at Mindy’s Restaurant, strolled around Plaza Divisoria and headed back to Laguindingan Airport.
The man at the back’s name is Edgar Amador. Kuya Edgar was our driver and also owns the van that we used. He’s so kind, charming and bagets. And his wife is our tour operator. KC Concepcion and Angel Locsin used to rent their car. You can search him on facebook if ever you want to go to Cagayan de Oro and you need a driver.

Day 1
2:30 AM - Assembly at NAIA Terminal 3
4:40/6:05 - ETD Manila/ETA in Cagayan De Oro
6:20 AM - Pick-up from the airport
7:00 AM - Buffet breakfast at Mindy’s Restaurant or similar
8:00 AM - Depart for Bukidnon
9:30 AM - Arrive in Dahilayan Adventure Park.
Registration/Zipline starts.
12:00 PM - Lunch
1:00 PM - Can have the option to avail other activities (canopy glider, ropes course etc.)
3:00 PM - Depart Dahilayan
3:30 PM - Visit of Del Monte Farms
4:00 PM - Transfer back to Cagayan De Oro
5:00 PM - Check-in at Chali Beach Resort
6:00 PM - Managed buffet dinner at the restaurant

Day 2
6:00 AM - Wake up call
7:00 AM - Managed buffet breakfast at the resort
8:00 AM - Depart for Cagayan De Oro tour
Visit Mapawa Nature Park, Gaston Park,
Macahambus Cave and Gorge, Museo De Oro,

12:00 PM - Buffet lunch at DM Villaruy or similar
1:30 PM - Continuation of City Tour

4:00 PM - Return to the hotel/resort
